He provides technical management leadership to large teams responsible for designing, developing and implementing large complex technical solution to IBM clients worldwide.  He was a key contributor for multiple large wins ranging from $800K to $40 million middleware sales and services engagements. He is responsible for business outcome, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and appropriate business measurements. He manages team of 9 direct reports including project managers and technical architects, and provides leadership and creates execution plans for matrix and off shore resources. He drives new business by articulating the technical value proposition, positioning the solution offerings and ensuring that appropriate solution configuration proposed is meeting the client’s needs. He leads and manages multiple large complex industry-focused engagements with responsibilities ranging from responding to RFI/RFP’s, developing delivery staffing model, design and implementing solutions. ·          He served as a segment leader and lead Service Assurance Architect for a major incumbent LEC where he led and managed the design and implementation of a Network Operations technology and business solution utilizing NGOSS, eTOM and ITIL principles and framework.  This engagement included, conducting a complete planning and analysis phase which was followed by detail solution design for implementation of an overall service management technology and operation process design.  The solution included the integration of Service Inventory, Provisioning Systems, Fault and Performance Management Systems, and Ticketing systems  (CRAMER, NetCool, Remedy, MS BizTalk)

Qwest Communications – Principal, Service Assurance Leader                                                                       3/2000 – 6/2004

He served as the Principal and direct report to the CIO of Network System organization of Qwest Communications, Inc.  Additionally, he held several key senior leadership positions including: Senior Staff Engineer, Service Assurance leader where he was actively involved managing the NOC in defining and implementing Network Operations Systems and Processes. He assembled a team of software developers, IP engineers, and system integrators and led his team through full life cycle development including product and solution design development, equipment certification and implementation. He was responsible to work closely with other business units including, Product Development, Provisioning and Billing organizations for defining and setting direction, articulating support for products and services.
